I'm fucking done this time

Said this so many times before, but I feel like last night was the final straw.

I'm sick of waking up feeling sick and dizzy and having to pretend I'm fine. Fucking sick of it. I'm injuring my body and I don't like myself.

I'm done with it. No more alcohol.

Im a bottle of wine a night girl and I am sick of it too, just cant bring myself to stop. I feel uncomfortable in myself, I have put on a stone.
How are you finding it OP?

@HedgeHogFoxBadger I'm only on day 4 but I'm enjoying it so far. I'm not sleeping great but I think the memory of the last bad hangover/blackout is so recent that the idea of drinking so far makes me shudder. I'm sure I'll start to really miss it soon. Do you drink out of habit/boredom or do you feel like you physically need it?
