100 days sober today but my diet is crap and can't stop eating rubbish! Really need to get a grip! Especially mid pm and after supper

You need to do a serious sugar detox. When you stop drinking, your body craves sugary things to replace the sugar you used to get from alcohol. Go completely sugar free for a solid week and you'll start feeling better. Replace the snacks with herbal tea, unsweetened sparkling water or veg snacks.

I would avoid sugars entirely.
