100 days is fantastic 😊👍🏻 just wanted to say for me the crashing crashing tiredness started to subside at about 4 months in. I had it too throughout the day despite getting 8-9 hrs of sleep as well, I think it was probably part of PAWS. But I guess I had also been missing a decent nights sleep for a long long time while drinking. Hope it's been ok for you today x

Thx. Voldemort. My father also died about a month ago so there's been lots going on! Subbing alcohol for crisps and chocolate - so that's the next challenge!

Lotty, that's a fantastic achievement! I'm sorry about your dad, but I'll bet he was proud of you.

tenlittlecygnets · 21/06/2020 21:05

Well done, that's a huge achievement! Big hugs.

Well done for 100 days sober! Flowers.

I’m on day 70 and still need a lot of sleep. Lockdown and working from home has allowed me an afternoon nap, which I’ve been enjoying like a baby.

I think it is fairly normal, along with sugar cravings, while our bodies get used to the new normal.

SmiledWithTheRisingSun · 21/06/2020 21:15

I'm only on day 26 and really tired. Keep wondering when the boundless energy is going to appear?!
Sleeping so much better though & feeling so much calmer Smile
