I’ve really had enough. I’ve done some silly things last weekend that I wouldn’t have done without drinking and I’m drinking more at home during lockdown. I’m fed up of feeling like this and am determined to do 100 clear days.
What treats do people use? I don’t drink everyday but am used to seeing it as a treat - particularly to mark the end of the day during lockdown, or the start of the weekend. Any ideas v welcome. Thank you.
