Bad sleep

Hi, I've been alcohol free for 53 days (first time for me). Always used to be able to get to sleep immoderately (wine induced almost certainly!) but since I've stopped drinking can't get to sleep before 1am ish. Just wondered if this is normal? Thx

Sorry, no suggestions but That is my reason number one for drinking. I struggle to fall asleep and get really bad anxiety. So ive grown accustomed to having a coupl3 drinks to ease off to sleep. I would love to hear others experiences as I too need to cut down/stop. But thinkin about nights is agonizing.

Have you tried some sleep techniques (breathing) or apps or relaxation? Do you exercise as this can help you sleep?

What time do you get up in the morning? Do you sleep through once you're asleep?
