I'm realising that I'm too dependent on my nightly wine to de-stress and relax, and this amount has crept up over the years.
Life is stressful (stressful job and only child with HFA who doesn't sleep and never stops talking!).
How do you unwind in the evenings? In normal times there's a dash to pick up from after school club, get dinner and bed time done etc. A glass or two of wine definitely takes the edge off at the end of the night, but I want to find healthier alternatives that can be done with DD in the house and don't require my full attention (e.g., reading) because of aforementioned DD!
