Hey, Where do I start? My drinking has controlled me for the last five weeks I really don't know what to do.

Hi Glenn, can you say a little more? How has it controlled you? Are you alone in lockdown or are you with anyone else..reaching out is so hard but so powerful. Please keep talking.. I am an alcoholic in recovery..

Thank you @whiteflat48 I have children so I'm not alone in lockdown, I reached out yesterday because I felt destitute.
I have a meeting today I will see how it goes.
