Not sure about podcasts. But I recently signed up for a free month of audible, with 2 free books.
There are some great alcohol support books on there.

ah i just posted this in AF 2020 but the Marian Keyes edition of How to Fail is wonderful, if you’re in the market for a warm, engaging, clear sighted author chatting about her alcoholism, recovery, childlessness, body image etc.

sounds heavy but it’s not. totally uplifting 👍
