4 weeks!!

I can't believe I've made it to 4 weeks!! It has been one of the hardest things ever, but I've made it! Big thanks to everyone who has supported me when I've needed it. Onwards to the next 4!

4 weeks is amazing and no easy feat! how are you feeling now? What health benefits have you noticed?

I’m just under 5 months in and I can honestly say that it just keeps getting better and better - of course there are still wobbles.. I went out earlier for a meal and everyone else was drinking, but I feel stronger in my resolve with each passing day and I just remind myself of all the reasons I gave up in the first place.

So here's to the next 4 weeks and let us know how you’re getting on!

I like to think of myself as a sober badass. We are counter-culture.

Definitely feel more rational and it's amazing not to wake up feeling tired every morning! Weight is coming off too and I'm exercising cos I'm not pissed every night.

Feeling the xhallenge with the weather being nice as it's perfect beer garden weather. I've got a few social things coming up too, whixh will be hard. But I defo want to stick to this!

I have done 4 years and they have flown in!

Just waking up without that fuzzy head still gets me some mornings even now - such a great feeling
