As above, trying hard, getting worse. Love my family, also love the bottle. Trying to have alcohol weekends only but occasionally failing. Have had copious amounts of therapy, always come back to this place. Husband knows all - suffered childhood abuse, now drink away the pain, but am hiding drinking from him too - he is working tonight, so have had a few drinks, even though a 'no-alcohol' day. Hate myself sometimes.
