Hello everyone,
I gave up alcohol 3 weeks ago as I started to slip into drinking over the weekly unit levels and I looked permanently tired, my sleep hadn't been great and my skin looks very full.
Everywhere I read on the Internet says that after 2-3 weeks people start to feel great, sleep better, skin starts to glow, etc but I haven't seen any benefit yet. Skin is exactly the same and sleep is too (I have a fitbit so I can check). I truly feel exactly the same.
I am still going to persevere, but I was hoping someone could come and reassure me that st some point my sleep will improve and I will feel other benefits!!
