I'm beginning to think that I've lost all control of my alcohol intake and I don't know what to do. I dont drink every day, maybe a couple of times a week, but what used to be a couple if glasses of wine has now become a couple of bottles! Once I start I can't seem to stop. I'll only have if my husband goes to the pub (I'm at home with the kids). I regularly don't remember going to bed Then feel shit the next day, like today.
