Hello! Dry 3 years this week and I did it with AA

I'm 24 years sober but I stopped going to AA meetings after around year 5. It's a great organization and I'm sure I wouldn't have made it otherwise.

AA started in the US and we all have the same Big Book, so I would suspect it's pretty much the same.

Well, you all probably have more tea and less coffee and you call the cookies biscuits. Do you have day old donuts at meetings in the UK?

We used to supply nice bikkies and a hell of a lot of sugar for the coffee.

I needed so refer someone in the US but my only reference is Fight Club.

Seriously, finding a meeting here is pretty easy in most areas. It's getting his arse in a chair that's the hard part.
