I suffer with alcohol docs tell me not to stop cos i may have a fit , but still say am not bad enough to go into rehab , ive screamed out for help yet no1 dose anything an before anyone says anything ive tried to do it on my own but end up not being able to walk an shake to the point i cant hold anything , anyway thanks for listening xx

You need librium or something similar to help with the withdrawals. Could you present to your local a&e and ask to be admitted for alcoholism?
