Been sober 30 years, am 68
I looked in the mirror and was horrified at what I'd become a shapeless bag of nothing
I couldn't have done it without AA
I nearly destroyed everything
I couldn't have done it on my own

Do's and don't 's are difficult, nothing and no one could have stopped me including nearly killing 3 children in the car
