Fell out of my Spaceship

Forget falling off the freaking wagon, it's been five days now and I keep telling myself I can get back into it but I haven't managed. Pretty scared and wondered if anyone is on day one today who would like to have some virtual hand holds as we put our jet packs on to get back where we were?

Thank u I will have a look at it. Fairly quiet here as well teenage D.C. in their rooms dh is in bed as he works nights. Drinking juice instead of wine might have an early night to distract myself
A bit of background about my unhealthy relationship with alcohol I was never really a big drinker dh always has been about 2 years ago he struck up a close friendship with a woman at our stables I mentioned i was uncomfortable with it so despite nothing going on he has hid deleted and lied to me about any contact they had
So my drinking started we have worked past it and at times been much happier than before except when I get horrendously drunk and sent him vile texts at Work dragging it all up. I never remember it in the morning
He left for a week after but has come home we were getting on great until I did it again last night. So he is looking for somewhere else to live says it’s definitely over. He doesn’t know about my drinking so I am hoping in a few days when he’s calmed down to tell him.
This is why I need to go af or certainly cut down and learn when to stop when I do have a drink
