Wine free days

I'm a lone parent and enjoy one or two glasses of an evening once my 10 month old monkey goes down for a few hours! I'm not a heavy drinker and very rarely get drunk. Last week I had one alcohol free day and next week I'm aiming for two! I don't want to cut it out, just make sure I don't become dependant on my relaxing glass of wine. Just here for the positivity and anyone else in this situation. :)

You might not be a heavy drinker but you definitely have a dependency, which could lead you to drink more and more. Could you try going AF for a longer period of time? I know it is hard as a lone parent (I'm one) but drinking alone is not good, especially nearly every night. The dry January thread is for people who want to cut down or moderate rather than give up.
