Relapsed this weekend

I had 5 years sobriety until this year. I've had a few relapses this year, including this weekend. I feel horrible about myself - and I need to sober up today and get myself to work tomorrow. Please can someone talk me through this and help me believe I can do this again.

Why wouldn't you be able to do it? Think about what triggered the event this weekend and see if you can make changes so you don't end up in a similar situation. I know very little about the topic, but suppose it would help if you had professional support.

You’ve been sober for 5 years! You can absolutely do it. Keep going OP.

Five years is incredible! Of course you can do it again. Do you know what has triggered this relapse?

Thank you for all taking the time to reply to me.
I am going through a very challenging situation with my physical health at the moment and of course it's still there after the relapse and it's made no difference whatsoever - why do I do it to myself?
I'm scared more of the financial situation, and of not being able to work, than my deteriorating health. Which is also a bit mad really! And I was, on the night in question, tired and lonely and probably hungry and am permanently angry about it all. 4/4 there.
I feel brighter this week and more purposeful. I'll come back here next time it feels hopeless.

I'm an older woman and I love my bottle of red twice a week Thursday and Saturday. I get drunk to staggering point but no hangover I don't have any alcohol for the rest of the week. My DH is starting to lecture me which is making me feel angry as I don't drink as much as my friends. I could cut to one bottle but would have a problem leaving half the bottle and then on the Saturday I know the remaining half wouldn't be enough and I would be annoyed. Does this sound like I have a problem? I'd appreciate all opinions and feedback

I think the fact that you are only drinking two days shouldn’t be a problem for your health? But how does it affect your relationship? It must be affecting your husband for him to be picking you up over it?
I’m saying this as a middle aged woman who drinks prob 4-5 bottles of wine a week.

Thank you for reply so quickly.
My husband is a bit of a worry wart and it's really because he's afraid I'll fall or trip on the stairs or something. It's just because it made me angry that I was a bit worried that I would have a problem doing without it
