Are you absolutely sure you're eating well? If you want to lose weight you must take in less calories, by eating / drinking less and / or exercising more to burn them off.
As long as you have a calorie defect then you MUST lose weight, unless there is some kind of medical reason.
It's very easy to underestimate how many calories you're taking in though. Get yourself a set of kitchen scales and make sure you weigh out your food for each meal. And log everything in my fitness pal, to make sure you're not over eating. Try not to go over 1600 calories if you want to lose weight.
