Please can someone tell me why this happens. My ExH totally changes during his 3rd glass (of wine usually). It doesn't matter how much he drinks after this, he remains at the same level of ghastly. I can't help there must be some kind of physiological reason for this, but I can't seem to find anything on google.
His eyes change, his voice slurs and he talks more slowly, and he starts berating people (who he may or may not know), etc.
I know he is an alcohol abuser - when we were together he didn't drink every day, but once he'd had a taste of it there was no way he could stop drinking. And no matter how much he drinks he never has a hangover.
