I have always ( from 17) drank too much, but only ever on night out etc. I've been drinking. Lot for about 5 years . Since November when I had a bit of a breakdown I have been drinking shit loads every day, not a day without. I feel crap and have put on 2 stone. Every morning I say I won't today, but I do? What do I do?

rusmum.
Well, the first step is admitting you have a problem. So I guess that's the first step ticked off.
I don't know how you can sort this out. But there are people who do know.
Alcoholics Anonymous have a helpline you can call to get the advice and support you need.

A probably a visit to your GP tomorrow would be a good idea.
