Help! What are your best internet-based adoption support forums/ information sources?

A friend of mine just learnt that she's been matched with a little boy, initial placement will start next month. It's a cross-cultural adoption, she'll be a single parent and he's almost 5. Are there any forums where you can get specific support for any/ all of these potential issues? Any must-read books?

We're not living in the UK, so information that's accessible via the internet would be most helpful. Thanks

The AdoptionUK forum is very helpful - some of it is obviously UK orientated but there are masses of very experienced adopters who post there.
