How do i know if i could be a surrogate?

ive considered for a long time now about being a surrogate and having 4 perfectly healthy children myself at only 32 i was wondering if this makes me elligible?

I have a wonderful partner and he is all for it and would love to help give a baby to someone who for reasons cant have children. Any surrogate mums out there?

also im in a predicament that my SIL cant have children but i could not give her a child knowing her situation of life,IYSWIM!!!!

i dont know if this is correct but i think in the uk you cannot be a surrogate for someone unleszs you are related, the rules in the US are different.

i think form an emotional point of view you just have to know you are strong enough to give up that child having carried them for 9 months, its not something i would be able to do, but if you can it is a great gift.

I have been a straight surrogate 5 times.

I also started surrogacyuk.org and I am also an implications Counsellor

legally To be a surrogate there is no requirement.

However you should be healthy and fertile and understand the full implications of what is involved.

My advise do as much reading as possible and talk to as many people (pref face to face if possible) to see if it is for you.

It isn't for everyone, but for those like me that have done it it has been fabulous.

If you think you can do it then I really really admire you. I would love another child but at 45 am out of time. I am in Budapest and even egg donation is illegal here. Am starting to wonder about surrogacy but it is all a bit scary.
