Birthday present for a new adopter mum

My best friend adopted a few weeks ago and it's her birthday on Wednesday. I'm just wondering if I should get her something related to her new mum status (was thinking about a nice multiple photo frame) or whether she will be wanting something that is for her and unrelated to her new motherhood like a piece of jewellery or something (which is what I'd usually get her)

What do you reckon?

Thanks jasper, that's nice of you to say that. I'm just so, so pleased for her - we've been friends for 20 years+ and I don't think I've ever known her to be so happy
