Hair pulling

Hi, how do I stop my son from pulling my hair? He's 7 and almost as big as me. I know about the pushing down on his hand until he let's go rather than pulling his hand away but he always seems to do it when I'm a bit vulnerable eg sitting or laying. It stopped for a while but this weekend his behaviour has been extreme in different ways and I almost crashed the car today as he did it while I was driving. Any tips gratefully received or, failing that, where can I get a divider like the police have between front and rear seats 🙈 Or, do I just have to give in and embrace a buzz cut? 😭

Hi. I believe that you can get dividers - check out suppliers of autism support products. Could be expensive though.

Does he have fiddle toys? Something to eat if stressed? Does he get sensory based help?

Thank you. He gets all of these, it just seems to come from nowhere, I know it probably doesn't for him but for me it does x
