Special guardianship

We have had SGO for over 10 years. BM is hostile & inconsistent with 6 x year supervised contact but keeps asking for more & unsupervised, which neither we nor our child think is right. She is threatening to take us back to court (4th time) this time to try to discharge SGO.
We feel very alone & worried, even though we also know we have always done right by our duties to provide security & stability to our child & maintain links with her BM. BM is sending increasingly horrible messages.
We have done mediation but everything that was agreed had already been changed & twisted by BM. She now has the certificate & is putting in her application.
It is just awful. Our child has just finished therapeutic Life Story Work & is in yr 6- she doesn’t need this :(

I don't know much about SGOs but maybe you need to consider taking some action about her hostile behaviours.
There is something called a cease and desist letter. It's not legally binding but signals intent on your part if the behaviour continues.
Do you have an SW?
