Adoption Matters

DH and I are in very early stages of considering adoption (we have a birth child age 8). We’ve attended a few info events including local authority and voluntary agencies. Adoption Matters seems to stand out to us - we were encouraged that they seem to offer a lot of support to birth children throughout the process and helping both birth and adopted children with the sibling adjustment.
Just wondered if anyone has experience of this agency and if they would
recommend? I have searched the board but haven’t found much. TIA.

I used Adoption Matters. I can't sing their praises highly enough, all the SWs and managers I've come into contact with have been hugely experienced and very on the ball. Felt very supported throughout, their post adoption support has been great. I have no birth children so can't comment there. On occasions I've had a meeting with a manager they've had really in-depth and nuanced knowledge of my/my child's case so communication and supervision of SWs appears very good.
