Hi bit of an admin question. Anyone else had to reconfirm for childcare funding after the adoption order granted and name change has taken place.
Name updated with child benefit office, and the childcare funding told me that the name could not be updated until it’s time to reconfirm. Now I need to reconfirm on the website that all the details are correct and it won’t let me update her name and I have to call the office. I’m hoping when o call on Monday I can say I sent the adoption to you last month, please update her name so I can reconfirm eligibility for the funding, but as a worrier I assume I’m going to
inaccout more problems 😀
feel like I’m going round in circles a little and as we have delayed her school start by a year to give more time to settle, and get used to a nursery environment before school it’s going to be a huge headache if we cant get the 30 hours free childcare due to a admin issue .
so after a lot of waffle if anyone has had
to do it and it will all be fine in one phone call some reassurance would be grand 😃
