Digital Door Handles or Keypad

Hi - looking likely we need these.

Any recommendations ? Anything I have found are pretty pricey. Then do I buy the digital door handles or the keypad ??
Did you fit them yourselves or will I need a locksmith ?

Is this for internal or external doors?

Regardless of the product you choose I would pick a really good quality one and (unless you are particularly good at DIY) get it fitted professionally. When you're stressed the last thing you need is to be mucking about with a lock that is either fiddly to use or not fitted quite right so you need to get it at a certain angle etc. If it's not convinient to use you'll stop using it, or you can guarentee the moment you're struggling to use it is the moment your child decides to rachet things up to 100 behaviour wise.

Internal doors. The only reason I discounted these is because I could see a situation where he'd lock himself in the room that I was trying to stop getting in. But on reflection if he does not know the code these might be a solution.
