Confused about concurrency in Scotland

Wondering if anyone has been a concurrent carer in Scotland, can you advise me if you were able to take adoption leave during the Fostering part? Any other information about your experience would be amazing. Thanks

I couldn't take adoption leave until matching but I know of prople whose employer let them have it withoutba matching certificate. Unfortunately it seems to depend on employer rather than have one set rule. What other information were you looking for?
