After 4 loooong years, 4 different social workers and a pandemic in the middle my husband and I are finally going to panel in August. We are really excited but also really nervous. Any tips?

wow, that rivals me !! well done for sticking it out.

You are bound to be nervous, but just try to be yourself, remember why you started out, and your social worker woudnt be taking you to panel if they didnt think you were ready

good luck and come and tell us how you got on

Good luck! Just be honest, lean on your social worker if needed and have a few salient details to hand that illustrate your key narrative as a couple and a family.

congrats. i think if they ask a complex or tricky question remember they are not asking necessarily for a
perfect answer. they want to see that you will think clearly , creatively and child centeredly about how you would solve it. and ask your social worker what she thinks might come up and answer the questions to her. you'll be fine !
