Birth child considerations

Hello. I am looking for advice and recommendations on good books or reference on the subject of adopting when you already have a birth child at home.

I have found a few, including on the book list from the adoption agency, however the focus is all on the process of introductions and how to deal with problems that may arise etc. However this is not what I am looking for. I want to really feel sure that it will be right for her and so for our current family dynamic. I also want to make sure the literature is recent and relevant to adoption today.

Any books that consider the impact of adoption on a previously adopted child will also be helpful and likely relevant. Any that consider different personalities of the birth child would be really useful.

Many thanks!
