Oh my giddy aunt!!!!

When my boy came to live with me he was significantly behind academically and attended special school.

I thought GCSEs would be a stretch.

I never thought I would say these words

My boy is off to university in October.

I will miss him dreadfully but I’m so proud of him

@Whatthechicken he is incredibly excited and totally unfazed at the same time.
He is acheiving his ambitions and realising just how far he has come

Oh this is fantastic! Well done to all of you. I used to teach in SEND for many years so I know professionally what a brilliant achievement this is (in terms of self-confidence, social skills and aspiration never mind academic!)
I hope you all have a brilliant Summer preparing for this next chapter in his story!
