So we are 18 months in with our 2 little ones. We have one awesome sleeper a good 10-11 hours straight through. But the littler one he’s nearly 2.5 years old, wakes multiple times during the night and has panic night terrors which are really upsetting.
we had a sleep therapist while he was a LAC but were dropped like a hot potato as soon as we got our order. I’ve tried so many things but feel like I’m not being the best version of mummy at the minute as I’ve lost what to do or try next.
I would appreciate any support guidance reading or advice
