Adoption - Books for children

Hi after a little advice if possible for a friend, when she was younger she gave her little boy up for adoption because she was very young and at hom, that was over 20 years ago and she now also has a young school aged daughter aged 7, it look iminent that contact is going to be made between her and her son and she is looking for some material that will help to tell her daughter who this new boy on the scene is.

Please can anyone help??

tell her to search on amazon, theres loads, otherwise get her to phone baaf, they maybe able to help, or adoption uk.

most books are for children who were adopted but I'm sure that some would be helpful in explaining adoption to a child generally.

I'll check my reading list see if there's anything appropriate on it.
