Negative SGO assessment

Hi I have just had my sgo assessment for nephew and it has came back as negative reasons being that I may not be able to cope due to already having two children. I'm up in court next week to challenge this but am not entitled to legal aid and don't have income spare for a solicitor. I thought I just needed to prepare a statement stating why I thought the decision was wrong but I have been told I need to ask the SW and challenge them to they're face in court. Any help or advice would be great. I'm not great with wording or speaking publicly.
Thank you x

Ok, you need to understand what it is about having two children that means you couldn’t care for this child, that will be the basis of your challenge. There should be clear reasons given that suggest it would be too much for you - consider ages of all children, any disabilities, your own family network (any challenges there) etc. Is there any indication you might be struggling already? How are you financially? Do you have physical space for more children?

To be able to challenge you need a good understanding of their concerns, regardless of whether you agree or not. You need to be able to acknowledge their concerns and give a counter argument for how you might overcome challenges, mitigate risk and safely parent all three children.
