My DS is 2 years old. His bio dad hasn't been in contact with us for a year and a half.
I would like that my DH had PR. I don't think I would like him to adopt DS as I think that this is a tedious process and I don't want SS involved in the case.
The bio father hasn't got PR and he is not on the birth certificate.
I read some posts an found out that if my DH gets a RO he can also have PR.
What I would like to know is if SS get involved in this process. I would also like to know if the bio father has to be involved I haven't seen him for the time I said above and I don't know where he is or his phone number.
