Child benefit

Hi, filling in the child benefit claim form and it asks if anyone else has ever claimed for the child. Does anyone know what I put? It's asking for name and address of claimant. Thanks

We had a letter from our SW to include in ours explaining the situation and to ensure that the new Claimants (us) details were not passed on to previous Claimants (birth family)
