Anyone have any recent experience of applying for this? Website says it should be 20 days to make a decision, SW is saying 6-8 weeks. There have already been delays with the paperwork and I’m keen to move forward with an assessment asap. Thank you!

I have found that (once the SW's have completed the paperwork properly...) it takes about 6 weeks for the ASF to approve the funding.

The therapists I'm working with have got everything ready for the applications for next years therapy and are sending it all direct to my son's LA. They are bypassing my Agency...

We too might be hit be hit by a gap in therapy due to the year end and agreeing the next budget...
