I'm a year in. AD came to us last year at 5. She's made me grumpy this morning. We talked about her hitting again. We talked about her brother who has his new family. Poor sausage has such a complicated life but I'm still annoyed that we are plateauing with her physical aggression.

How are you all feeling today?

That sounds hard. It’s not ok for her to hurt you but child to parent violence is so complex and brings up lots of complex feelings. Hope you are ok.

That sounds difficult to navigate. Hopefully you can find something which works with her?

Im frustrated. Still waiting to be told if we passed stage 1.
