Hello everyone very new on here and could do with some advice..me and my partner are currently being assessed for adoption of my partners sons half sister and are having issue's with our independent social worker she seems to be trying her best to fail us...any advice would be greatly appreciated..thanks

do your partner’s son and his sister have the same mother, so he has no biological relationship to her, or is he the father of both children ?

Normally SWs will seek to place children within the birth family, do you have any idea what the specific issues are ?
