How much notice would you require for an appointment?

Quite frankly I’m sick to the death of lack of any real support and jumping through hoops.
I don’t know if I’m being unreasonable but I had a special day planned that may not be able to go ahead because of a silly zoom call to a random doctor that nobody knows or cares about, who will never see child again. I can’t do zoom calls on my phone. Apparently it will take an hour - it’s during her lunch and nap time - making everything even more frantic.
If I’m being unreasonable please let me know!
I feel like I’m being treated like a foster carer with no pay!!!
