End of Stage 1 Interview

We are just about to have our end of stage one meeting/interview. Can anyone enlighten me as to what they want to talk about? We haven’t really spoken to anyone at our agency during stage one but just given them a load of information - references etc. Getting a bit worried about the interview as I have no idea what they will ask us about! They did interview us before stage one and asked us mainly about our family and lifestyle type thing. Any information would be great Smile

If I remember rightly (although it was 5 years ago) they will discuss anything that may have come up on your medicals or DBS checks or from your references. If they are happy with all of it they will let you know if you can proceed to stage 2. If there are any issues they will let you know what they are and what they would like you to do to change/improve them.

Ours was in February and we were asked how we found the process, how we got on with our sw, did we have any issues or concerns about anything, and what the plans for stage 2 were.

Nothing really about the data from stage 1.

Thanks @claireb7rgsou seems like it could go either way depending on how the agency works. I think I could manage either, but wondered if there would be any surprises and difficult questions which neither scenario would be too bad Smile
