Hi not sure if this is the right place to post this.
A lovely couple who are very good friends of mine would like to start fostering and they have asked if I could provide a good reference for them, my daughter has grown up with their children and I can't think of better people. Could anyone give any good pointers of what I should write and how long I should make this , I dod'nt want to mess it up for them. They have two great kids of their own, any thoughts appreciated

you should be interviewed personally by the assessing worker and have a questionnaire with guidance sent to you. It will ask you things like how is their relationship, what's their strengths/weaknesses, any concerns, what support they have, what kind of life they would give to a child, how they could support a troubled child etc.
