Hi all, just wondering if anyone has any recommends for family Christmas films? Our two are 3 and 4 but this is the first year they will be really aware of the Christmas magic so recommendations for something nice to watch would be wonderful. Also, any Christmas films with adoption triggers to make sure we watch it with them? (Or avoid!?)

Thanks all.

@LaLaLands Hi! My son loves the Polar Express, also the new Grinch film and if course the Snowman a total classic.
Home Alone might be a bit of a trigger. There again there is a bit of a trigger in the Grinch too with his childhood.
My son is not particularly triggered by films whereas some kids are.

Hi, I am one work into placement with my 3 and 4 year old, we had a day of Christmas yesterday, wrote letters to santa and watched ( I use that term loosely as my pair not really the sitting down type !) They love Polar Express and Frozen, also liked Aurther Christmas. I also found searching Netflix or Disney that there are some lovely shorter films for Christmas which the kids liked. Enjoy!!x

Three Gifts is about three boys in a children's home who are fostered for the Season. It's probably too old for them just now but I'd bear it in mind for the future.
