Panel tomorrow!

We have approval panel tomorrow, I'm starting to get nervous! Our social worker is confident we'll sail through but I can't help getting nervous! Any last minute advice??

It’ll be fine, your social worker wouldn’t be taking you to panel if they thought there would be any problems. Your SW should have gone through your report with you and talked through areas that the panel might want to ask you about. Trust that you’re well prepared.

Get a good nights sleep, if you can, and relax - you’ve done the hard work to get to this point.
