Hi, my husband and I are planning to take shared parental leave for our adoption but there is a chance he could be changing jobs after his leave. Does anyone know the rules on returning to work and if he would need to pay back his adoption pay to his employer? Does he have to return to his job if he's been paid adoption pay?
