Still no letterbox 😔

So there are only a few days left in May and there is no sign of letterbox. I am not sure how to feel right now. The side to me that is very logical is saying there is still 3 days left but I feel down and feel like it's hanging over me.

I sent an email to the letterbox service yesterday but obviously haven't had a response yet due to the bank holiday weekend.

It’s really hard, I’m so sorry.

I know you know this, but there could be anything going on in their lives.

I’m an adoptive parent late with letterbox at the moment. It’s a bit different from you as birth parents haven’t signed the letterbox agreement and don’t engage at all, so I know I’ll only be sending the letters for them to sit on file, but still...

Anyway, my dad died in September, my mum is seriously ill and probably dying too, I’m back and forth a lot to the country she lives in, I was recently given what amounted to a second job on top of my job, over which I had no control, AND DD’s birth baby brother arrived into our family a while ago.

It’s a lot! So letterbox, while hugely important to me, hasn’t got done in the midst of all this.
