Matching panel

Hi, we have matching panel next month and when looking through previous posts the same question pops up every time... "why this child"? It's easy thinking about about it, but so hard to put into words and explain. Probably not a pass/fail question but don't want to look like we can't answer. Any help on how to put it across would be appreciated.

I would primarily focus on this being a child whose needs you feel you can meet. Then you can some 'heart' stuff, when you found out more about them, their personality, love of footie/swimmimg/knitting or whatever, you felt that you would be a good fit personality/temprement wise. I remember saying something like I fell in love with his goofy smile and the panel having a chuckle
