This has probably been asked before but any bright ideas or links to previous ideas very much appreciated. My child’s class (Reception) are doing the ‘changes since they were a baby topic’ after Easter. Not sure how long this focus will last. How have others dealt with this? School are super supportive. We have no baby photos:( Thank you!

For Dc1 (placed at nearly 4), we ‘forgot’ to send in a photo. For DC2, (placed at 2) we sent photo of 2yo child figuring a 2yo is still a baby of sorts.
You could probably send in a baby photo of any baby in the world and get away with it, but it depends on how comfortable your DC is with their own history.
My starting point for both those was asking the DC what they wanted - including not being in class while this topic was being worked on.

Our school didn't do that topic, or did it in a different way.

That of course might be due to the letter I sent listing potentially awkward topics:
•My family – bringing in baby photos
•Personal timelines or history – how many houses have you lived in
•Sex education, relationships, ‘mummy and daddy loved each other so they made you’,
•genetics – who do you look like
•Writing an autobiography
•Evacuation, “Goodnight Mr Tom”
•“Every child matters”
•NSPCC assemblies

Otherwise I also agree with tldr
